Hi, I’m Rich BENSON

Elite Performance is not a magic trick, or some unreachable dream; it is the inevitable result of following the correct processes.

My passion for the last 12 years has been developing elite performers. Clients engage me when they are striving to access a higher level of success through developing their ability in one of the following areas:

Like most people I hate the idea of being in yet another generic training course that takes away from the many other things I need to achieve, so I operate on a Just In Time approach where we deliver training right when it’s needed and don’t spend time on anything unless it will provide immediate value to you and your business.

Working with a coach is not always easy. Great quality coaching involves questioning everything that you do and seeking the fastest and most sustainable route to your goals through behavioural change.

My approach always starts with defining a really clear vision of your destination and creating a strategic roadmap of changes you need to make in your behaviours, how you spend your time, how you are investing in yourself to execute on that strategy.
