DISCOVERY CALL
A 30-minute informal conversation to gain an understanding of where you are now, where you’re trying to get to in terms of your level of leadership abilities, as well as what roadblocks are currently standing in your way, and discuss some options for how to get you be the most effective leader possible.
When working with a coach the fit is really important, so this call gives you a chance to see if we are a good match.
Whether we go on to work together after the discovery call or not, I ensure you leave that call with some valuable take aways.

I offer a range of packages to suit your developmental needs and budget, and you will receive a menu of options via email after your discovery call.
Frequency can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on what will best support the development you need to be the most impactful leader possible.
Most of my leadership coaching clients begin with a course of 12 session taking place fortnightly, but there are lots of options and I’m always flexible.

Before your first paid session we have already determined what we want to achieve in a broad sense, so in that first session we’ll define your destination much more clearly. We then turn this into your Leadership Development Plan to help track and document your progress.
The developmental work we’ll do together is 100% focused on elevating your leadership to the highest possible level. How we execute that varies depending on you, your team, your market, etc but a few example elements are listed below:
