Super high-performing technology recruitment and digital transformation business based in Germany.

        • The business had not yet built an L&D function, but their success and organic growth meant it was time to produce an onboarding training package to allow a cohort of new Senior Business Consultants.
        • During a discovery call with the founder, Marcel, I was able to establish how the business growth goals could be supported with a comprehensive onboarding package and we started the process.
        • Marcel flew to London for an intense two-day block of consultation to define the roadmap for what success would look like and how to achieve it.
        • Over a period of weeks I worked hand in glove with the Marcel to produce a best in class L&D package comprising:
          • 28 engaging, participative modules across recruitment skills, business development, systems, market, KPI analysis, compliance etc.
          • Assessments for key competencies.
          • Implementation of monthly performance review process and individual development planning.
          • Selection and implementation of an LMS.
          • Ongoing performance coaching to staff.

What were the outcomes?

100% of the new cohort did their first deal ahead of schedule and are on track across all KPIs and KDIs.

I’ll produce a range of L&D interventions to help your people develop and flourish. A blend of participative learning sessions,  coaching, assessments, LMS/LXP provision and more. We’ll work together to ensure it’s the ideal package of L&D for your business.

With specific measurable outcomes in mind we test out and refine the L&D provision to ensure it will deliver the results we are seeking. Our goals will focus on performance uplift, consistent revenue generation, employee development and retention.

implementation

Here the rubber meets the road; impactful virtual or in-person learning sessions are taking place, the LMS/LXP is launched to back those sessions up with bitesize modules and resources, and the team are engaging with regular coaching to execute on the growth goals contained within their individual development plans.

evaluation

How did we do? We’ll conduct a data-led process of evaluating the effectiveness of the package which allows us to refine it further for future cohorts. We look at ramp time, revenue generation, employee experience, retention and, crucially, employee skills and knowledge development.
