Leading others is a privilege, as well as an enormous responsibility.

I offer two Leadership Courses:

Emerging Leaders has been designed to empower people in the early stages of their
leadership development to lead effectively.

Impactful Leadership is for those leaders who have experience in leading people but want to develop that skill further and ascend to a higher level of leadership capability.

For both courses we achieve this in a holistic manner; these are not generic courses – participants complete the
course not only with a set of practical tools that they can implement immediately but also with
a greater understanding of their own communication style and personality profile that allows
them to begin leading with impact.

The courses are challenging by design and will take you outside of your comfort zone; that’s where true growth can be found.

YOur leadership identity

The first module is all about you; who you are as a leader, what strengths you can lean into and what weaknesses you can improve upon.

We’ll cover leadership styles, personal brand, how to organise yourself to be as effective as possible and learn how your personality profile and communication style can be best exploited to achieve success in leadership.

Developing Your Team

How do you see your team? How do they see you and each other?

In module two we look at team dynamics, communication flow and methods of collaboration. We’ll explore new ways to build up your team into a cohesive and thriving business unit that grows together and supports consisent, predictable revenue generation.

Holding the room

Module three is all about developing your ability to deliver impactful public speaking.

Whether leading a team meeting or delivering a keynote speech at a conference, public speaking skills expand the reach that your leadership has.

This topic can be intimidating, but rest assured we focus not only on skills but on empowerment to get your message across with practical advice on overcoming nerves so you can be your best authentic self when it’s time to take the stage.

In a volatile and every changing globalised economy one of the few things that a leader can rely upon is that conditions, challenges and opportunites never stand still.

In this module we’ll learn change and project management techniques that equip you with frameworks to thrive in changing conditions instead of playing catch up.

As a leader your have a responsibility to make the right decisions for your team and business, and communicate what is going on within the business to your people. 

In this module we’ll look at how data can empower you to make the best possible decisions, and how it can be a vital communication tool in helping your team to understand their own performance, what’s happening in their markets and much more.

Potential. Performance. Conflict.

The true test of a leader is her/his ability to develop team members to their full potential.

In the final module we explore turning high potential into high performance. Development always comes with growing pains, so we’ll learn techniques to manage intra-team conflict that inevitably takes place from time to time so whatever the circumstances your people are empowered to develop, perform and thrive.
