DISCOVERY CALL
A 30-minute informal conversation to gain an understanding of where you are now, where you’re trying to get to in terms of your level of L&D knowledge and skill, as well as what roadblocks are currently standing in your way. We’ll get to know each other a little and discuss some options for how to get you where you need to be.
When working with a coach the fit is really important, so this call gives you a chance to see if we are a good match.
Whether we go on to work together after the discovery call or not, I ensure you leave that call with some valuable takeaways.

I offer a range of packages to suit your developmental needs and budget, and you will receive a menu of options via email after your discovery call.
Frequency can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on what will best support the development you need to reach your terminal objective.
Most of my L&D coaching clients begin with a course of 12 fortnightly coaching sessions, but there are lots of options and I’m always flexible.
Begin your growth journey
Before your first paid session we have already determined what we want to achieve in a broad sense, so in that first session we’ll define your destination much more clearly. We then turn this into your Individual Development Plan to help track and to document your progress.
